Prices listed are subject to change without notice. For B2B and wholesale inquiries, final pricing will be confirmed in a written quotation. All applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
OEM / ODM Terms
OEM and ODM partnerships are governed by a separate, signed Manufacturing and Supply Agreement. These Terms serve as the baseline framework; the specific agreement supersedes in all areas of conflict.
- All custom designs, specifications, and branding assets submitted by the partner remain the intellectual property of that partner. LumiThera will not use them for third-party production without explicit written consent.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times, sampling fees, and payment schedules will be specified in the individual project agreement.
- Partners are responsible for ensuring that their branded products comply with all applicable regulations in their target markets, including required certifications (CE, FCC, FDA, etc.).
- LumiThera provides certification documentation and test reports upon request to support partners in their market compliance processes.
Warranty & Returns
LumiThera products are backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Specific warranty terms vary by product model and are detailed in the product documentation.
Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in components
- LED panel performance under standard conditions
- Electrical components within rated specifications
Warranty Excludes
- Damage from improper use or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration
- Damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, or mishandling
Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window specified in your order confirmation. All returns require prior written authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LumiThera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
